Note: All dates above start with the date that latest arrival is required in the tour start city,
this date also being when (provided in with the tour cost) accommodations commence (please note some of our Nepal & Tibet trips require more advanced arrival where extra nights acoomodations can be at the participants own expense), and the tour ending date is the date free to travel home or to onward destinations and the date when provided accommodations end. On a number of our tours in particular Nepal to Tibet, participants are required to arrive a few days prior to official tour start at their own cost for necessary aclimatization & permit process. All participants are welcome to arrive a few days early on all tours and we will be happy to arrange extra nights acccommodations at the best possible costs! - Airport meeting/greetings & departure transfers ARE included in with all tour costs regardless of arrival & departure dates for your tour start/end city!

All prices in US Dollars and subject to change without notice! Visa and Mastercard accepted for tour booking deposit process. Final tour balance payments via Visa & Mastercard by special arrangement, please inquire.

TOUR BALANCE PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Tour balances invoices are usually posted 120 days prior to the tour start date. Tour balance payments are then due no less than 90 days prior to tour departure date. If you cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned less a cancellation fee as follows: (Computed from the date of our receipt of your written or emailed cancellation notice!) More than 120 days -$250 (as credit towards another tour), 91-120 days - $500. 61-90 days - 25% of land tour cost, 31-60 days - 50% of land tour cost, 11-30 days - 80% of land tour cost., less than 10 days - 100% of land tour cost. International airline ticket refunds are the responsibility of the tour participant, so please ensure purchase of adequate tour cancellation insurance at the time of tour balance invoice payments and air ticket purchases!

Bookings: To reserve a motorcycle on one of our adventure tours, a deposit of USD$750 per person is required along with a copy of our downloadable tour application form, 4 passport size photos, good clear color scan or photocopy of your passport picture page and your motorcycle driver license, to :
